My background is anchored in health research, specifically focused on aging and the development of interventions that promote healthy eating, regular exercise, and cognitive vitality. Leveraging community initiatives and innovative technologies, I have coordinated multiple studies and successfully secured grant funding to support the quality of life for aging populations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and an MBA in Health Administration from Wilmington University

Current Work

I have developed and implemented several Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training protocols to facilitate the adoption of AI in business and research practices. Additionally, I have engaged in leadership consulting, focusing on recruitment and operational streamlining, alongside private research consulting that includes data management and statistical analysis.
